XPENG AI Report Launch · London

Keynote deck design for XPENG’s European AI Report Launch Event

XPENG is expanding its electrification and Physical AI footprint across Europe. They landed in London for a private press briefing, launching a report that surveyed over 5,100 respondents to gauge Europeans’ trust and acceptance of AI.

The challenge
Make it feel XPENG

The original analytical report came from an independent research agency, rich in market insights and data. My role was to redesign it into a media-facing keynote deck.

Make it XPENG. Visualise the data while keeping the report’s informative style.

The solution
A report-style deck

The keynote deck, with a reorganised information hierarchy and redesigned look, was structured to help onsite media efficiently digest information and quickly navigate data post-event, maximising the reach and impact of XPENG’s research and brand positioning across Europe.

Touchpoints¹
In-event and post-event

Admittedly, the media focused on the research outcome and did not include photography of any design itself in their coverage. However, the design served as a visual window through which XPENG translated a full research report into a public press narrative.

Presentation delivered by Sven, Head of Brand & Marketing at XPENG Europe, followed by an onsite interview with Dr Brian Gu, Vice Chairman and President of XPENG.

The report launch event attracted widespread press coverage across major European and Chinese tech-industry outlets.
